Join Global Partners LP as our Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics Manager for the Fuels Marketing business unit. Collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and divisional teams, you will champion data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing and deploying timely analytics, defining key performance indicators, and implementing robust business intelligence solutions.
Requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering analytical rigor, technical skill development, with a culture of curiosity and data-driven insights.
- Partner with Fuels Marketing leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust analytical frameworks to measure business performance, identify trends, and track progress against strategic goals.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into specific, testable hypotheses and analytical plans; proactively identify areas where data analysis can deliver significant value.
- Lead the end-to-end development, delivery, and optimization of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, utilizing SQL and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and Python/R to uncover root causes, identify actionable opportunities for growth or optimization, and quantify business impact.
- Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of core Fuels Marketing dashboards and reporting suites, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and relevance for Fuels Marketing business verticals.
- Champion data literacy, drive adoption of self-service BI tools, and promote best practices in data governance within the Fuels Marketing unit.
- Collaborate with central data teams to influence the design and evolution of data models and infrastructure needed to support robust Fuels Marketing analytics and data capabilities.
- Explore and apply appropriate statistical techniques or basic forecasting models to address specific Fuels Marketing challenges, such as customer behavior analysis or demand planning (nice-to-have).
- Champion data quality, consistency, and governance best practices within the Fuels Marketing domain.
