As a Prep Cook, you'll prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, consistency, and presentation. You'll help ensure every guest enjoys food that's as thoughtful as it is delicious.

Requirements

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items following company recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Execute daily prep lists efficiently while maintaining freshness and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Support training of new kitchen staff as directed by management
• Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all interactions
