The Sales Analytics, Operations and Optimization Manager will direct and oversee an organization responsible for hedging, analytics, customer focused operations and optimization for the Fuels Marketing Business Unit.
Requirements
- Manage and direct three functional teams within their organization
- Drive improvement and standardization of assigned operational processes
- Provide strategic direction on unbranded/branded business expansion
- Make data driven recommendations aligned with strategy
- Responsible for the implementation and oversight of CRM administration
- Ensure linkages and cadence with other functions
- Manage a team to provide support and oversee all hedging, analytics, operations, and optimization
- Ability to comfortably integrate into a team environment and interact with all team members on a regular basis
- Ability to process information, and utilize that information in a manner that adds value to the business
- Able to adapt and react to new challenges in a constantly evolving environment and highly volatile market conditions
- Fluent in Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Excel proficiency
- Strong proficiency in BI and analytics technologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Deep understanding of cash flow models
- Determination to complete tasks and flexibility with scheduling when required
- Ability to prioritize work and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
