Customer Care Executive would be responsible for attending to customer's issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring collections of receivables are achieved as per set targets. They will also identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in science (or any other discipline)
- NYSC Certified
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Telecommunications Company or Internet Service Provider
- Fair knowledge of Internet Leased Line, Leased Line, Home Broadband, FTTH, FTTX, VoIP, IPTV, and Telecommunications Operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members
- Prior experience working with the Telecommunication Customer Care Department
- Strong math and critical reasoning skills
