Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative officer
- Knowledge of standard software packages and ability to learn company-specific software
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence, be proactive, and take the initiative
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills and ability to multitask
