Job Description
Global Relay is seeking a tech-savvy Data Services Specialist to support their Client Services team with data management requests and technical tasks. The role involves providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, maintaining data integrity, and performing data management operations. Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate or relevant work experience
- Technical/desktop troubleshooting skills and computer proficiency
- Understanding of data quality and integrity
- Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
