Job Description
Global Relay is seeking a Group Product Manager to drive significant improvements to their e-Comms Surveillance product portfolio. The role focuses on expanding the AI-powered features, aligning with the business and enabling compliance teams. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product leader with experience in a Matrix environment and will be responsible for defining and delivering impactful capabilities to enterprise clients. They will also be responsible for leading teams and ensuring a culture of growth and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable senior product management experience
- 8+ years of product management experience (with micro services/AI), preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, or compliance tech environment
- Experience with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile development environment
