Global Relay is seeking a Head of Brand and Communications to drive the brand and communications strategy across internal and external audiences. The role will build programs that reinforce our corporate strategy and brand positioning to attract, engage, and influence key audiences.
Requirements
- Manage company brand and reputation through compelling, on-brand communications
- Establish and drive a multi-channel public relations strategy
- Develop storytelling and messaging that drives awareness, education, and engagement
- Assemble and oversee a diversely skilled communications team
- Develop branding initiatives, internal communications, and external media relations
- Develop brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms
- Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns
- Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and support internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, etc.
- Manage a brand and communications budget
- Manage external agencies as needed
