Job Description
Global Relay is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Manager, Technical Support to lead their 24/7 Technical Support team. The role involves building strong relationships with peers, executing departmental strategies, and providing a high level of technical support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Leads a team of 6-12 experienced subject matter experts
- Reports on key metrics, handles client escalations, and identifies opportunities to improve client experience
- Develops a superior understanding of Global Relay Products and Services
- Monitors and analyzes support metrics, customer feedback, and system performance to drive continuous improvement
- Provides training and mentoring to support staff to ensure continuous skills development and high team performance
