Customer Success Specialist role supporting customers in Mandarin or Japanese language with a focus on online orders, customer support, and quality service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- B2 level English Language proficiency
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with 90% accuracy
- Computer literate and conversant in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Mandarin or Japanese language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
