Job Description
Corporate Recruiter position in Groningen, Netherlands, for a growing e-commerce business. Full-cycle recruiting with focus on specialists and A-Players. Strategic partner for Hiring Managers, Employer Branding & Targeted Outreach, Candidate Journey & Talent Pool Building, Recruiting with AI, KPIs & performance mindset.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments with a diverse role mix – ideally in e-commerce or a scale-up.
- Experience hiring for a broad range of roles – from creative to operational and strategic roles.
- Excellent command of English and (at least) strong proficiency in either German or Dutch.
- Assertive but empathetic communication style to engage with both a diverse pool of candidates and hiring managers.
- You use ATS tools (e.g., Recruitee or LinkedIn Recruiter) with ease.
