Job Description
AWS Data Engineer position requires 7+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Computing, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and AWS services. The role involves ETL development, data storage solutions, workflow orchestration, data quality, CI/CD, system monitoring, collaboration, and communication.
Requirements
- Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for ingestion and processing using Python, Spark, and AWS services
- Experience with AWS Glue and EMR for ETL processes
- Experience with S3 and Redshift for data storage solutions
- Experience with Airflow or other orchestration tools for workflow orchestration
- Experience with CloudWatch and Datadog for system monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project updates and technical details to stakeholders
