Construction Manager needs 5+ years construction and project management experience. Responsibilities include executing field team operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and meeting project timelines.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Planning or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in wireless site construction and/or other construction-related disciplines
- Strong working knowledge of wireless tower industry aspects, including citing and construction, engineering, zoning, and regulatory compliance
- Sound financial analysis and budgeting skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
