Your Tasks

• You will advise and support our customers in solution development within projects and/or complex issues
• You will take over the acquisition and analysis of requirements, lead to a suitable target image of innovative solution concepts and accompany the process until the complete delivery (end-to-end responsibility)
• You will create and/or extend concepts for optimized support and automation of business processes
• You are responsible for the organization and documentation of work packages and/or (part-) projects as well as the moderation between IT and functional departments

Your Profile

• You speak fluent German and are confident in English
• The development of demand-driven solutions comes easily to you
• You are interested in advancing yourself and others
• You are flexible in terms of time, space, and your area of deployment
• Convincing and inspiring others with your ideas and visions comes easily to you
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of business analysis, project, process, or requirement management. Ideally in the environment of banks, insurance companies, and/or the automotive industry
• You have successfully completed your studies or training
