Senior Java Developer (m/w/d)

Job Description

As a modern Java Developer, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the basic Java programming and also be familiar with modern frameworks and technologies.

Your Tasks:

• Development of new and further development of individual software solutions
• Analysis of requirements and creation of concepts for the implementation of software projects
• Integration of data and systems into existing IT infrastructures of our customers
• Consultation and support of customers in the introduction and use of software solutions
• Continuous improvement and further development of existing IT systems and processes
• Working in an agile environment

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education
• At least 4 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot 2.x (or comparable frameworks)
• Experience in implementing Web Services (SOAP and REST)
• Knowledge of at least one database technology (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB or comparable)
• Good knowledge of the use of JUnit 4.x or JUnit 5.x
• Experience in an agile environment and corresponding software (Jira, Octane, gitlab)
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and implement technical solutions
• Proficiency in German on at least B2 level

Nice to Have:

• Experience in dealing with CI/CD (especially in the gitlab environment)
• Experience with svn/cvs
