Job Description
GlobalFoundries is offering an internship opportunity for students to gain experience in the semiconductor industry through a 20-24 week credit-bearing internship. The intern will work on a project to analyze and control bonding parameters, gaining exposure to industry practices and understanding critical process steps.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in EEE/Material Science/Chemical Engineering OR any related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship
- Coding skills for developing scripts to support data extraction and analysis are an added advantage
- Specializing in Semiconductor Processes/Materials
