Engineer Process Engineering

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience related to process engineering or manufacturing.
• Fundamental understanding of process development, optimization, and quality control concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SOP creation, FMEA principles, or other quality/risk-management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering/analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards.
