Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience related to process engineering or manufacturing.
- Fundamental understanding of process development, optimization, and quality control concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SOP creation, FMEA principles, or other quality/risk-management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering/analytical tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
