Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Management Trainee with a background in Multimedia, Video Production, or related fields. The ideal candidate will support our training initiatives by producing engaging video content, assisting in live shoots, and managing digital assets. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Video Production, or related discipline
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, etc.
- Familiarity with learning platforms such as SumTotal
- Experience or understanding of converting materials into SCORM files
- Fast learner with a creative and innovative mindset
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures across Malaysia and globally
