MTS Silicon Photonics Integration

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team, with a focus on Silicon Photonics and a balanced scorecard approach.

Requirements

• PhD/Master's Degree with 5+ years of working experience in relevant field
• Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline
• Experience in Si photonics integration
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Results oriented and focused on quality of work
• Excellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment
• Strong background in photonics and CMOS device physics, semiconductor processing, and device characterization
