SMTS Integration Engineering

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team, responsible for process integration of Silicon Photonic devices from development to production.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline
• 10+ years of working experience in the relevant field
• Experience in Si photonics
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and focused on quality of work
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment
