Semiconductor Device Characterization Engineer

Responsible for leading advanced semiconductor device characterization and lab infrastructure development across multiple technology platforms, designing and executing complex electrical tests, and collaborating cross-functionally with design, reliability, and technology development teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a closely related field of study.
• 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, as a Semiconductor Engineer, or a similar occupation.
• HEMT Device Characterization
• Cryogenic modeling
• Complex RF Testing on Ref circuits for RF and ULP Technologies
• Establishing new test methodology for Dynamic Rdson characterization using Dual Pulse Testing
• Lab documentation and SOP development
• Semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results
• Preparing reports and making technical recommendations
• Driving alignment between global Central Service Labs
• Contributing to NextGen Technology development
