Job Description
This position is for a process integration engineer focusing on the development of advanced semiconductor technologies including qualification and technology release/transfer phases.
Requirements
- Master/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration
- 1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences
