Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to manage the end-to-end administration of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Requirements
- Law degree or Paralegal certification or equivalent legal administrative experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting contracts or legal operations, preferably in an in-house environment
- Hand-on experience with Icertis CLM or similar contract management systems
