Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem to spearhead AI & Process Automation strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. With over a decade of experience, you are expected to provide both hands-on technical excellence and strategic architectural guidance.
Requirements
- Define the automation roadmap for Workday ensuring alignment with global IT standards.
- Identify manual bottlenecks within HR workstreams and architect End-to-End (E2E) Gen AI & Automated solutions.
- Utilize Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics to build custom apps and high-performance data pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience of working in post-production environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to a room of senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Project delivery, Agile practices, and DevOps.
