Job Description
The Financial Analyst accompanies the investment teams in evaluating, tracking, and optimizing financial opportunities. He/she is responsible for analyzing profitability, risks, and viability of targeted projects or companies.
Requirements
- Conduct market studies, sectoral analyses, and benchmarks
- Perform in-depth financial analysis of companies (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow...)
- Develop and update financial models (DCF, LBO, market multiples...)
- Participate in deal structuring, investment memo writing, and committee meetings
- Monitor the financial performance of participations or portfolios (reporting, KPIs, valuation)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (legal, operational, compliance...)
- Contribute to the development of documents for investors or partners
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and market news
