Customer Experience Ambassador

We are looking for a Customer Experience Ambassador to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers by providing assistance, recommendations, and resolving their issues.

Requirements

• Assists customers' journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
• Attends to sales and service needs of customers
• Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
• Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
