Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks, promoting digital channels, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. Educates customers on digital journeys and engages new and existing customers with Globe products and services.
Requirements
- Assists customers' journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
- Attends to sales and service needs of customers
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
- Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
