Customer Experience Ambassador for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales.
Requirements
- Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
- Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
- Perform product demonstrations.
- Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers.
- Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team.
- Complies to agreed shift schedules.
- Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
- Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards compliant to the established policies set by the company.
- Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).
- Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
- Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.
- Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
- Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
- Achieve Store’s sales & revenue targets
- Achieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP ensuring customer service delivery targets are made
- Achieve all standards in SLA- all transactions
- Achieve minimal or ZERO exceptions
- Full training compliance i.e. attendance and passing of all examinations.
