Job Description
Globe is seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to manage the day-to-day operations of the Globe store, customer servicing, sales, and aftersales quality management, while educating customers on Globe products and services.
Requirements
- Delivers superior customer experience while journeying customer to digital channels and platforms.
- Delivers sales acquisitions targets and sustain sales performances monthly.
- Attends to sales and aftersales needs of customers and existing subscribers.
- Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system.
- Processes cashiering functions, payment for bills, purchases, and other POS transactions.
- Manages quality applications and transactions.
