Customer Experience Ambassador

The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales.

Requirements

• Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
• Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
• Performs product demonstrations.
• Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,
• Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team
• Complies to agreed shift schedules.
• Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
• Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards
• Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures
• Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
• Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups
• Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
• Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
