Job Description
The Incident Management Specialist is responsible for managing and leading the Incident Management Team to handle incidents in a timely and efficient manner, with a goal of minimizing their impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Incident Management Specialist or a similar role
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with incident management tools and platforms
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call environment if required
