Job Description
The Quality Assurance Engineering Head is responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy across telco platforms and digital products. The role ensures quality is embedded end-to-end, from requirements to production, while leading QA teams, setting standards, and partnering with engineering, product, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Define and own the overall QA and test strategy for Digital Channels
- Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers and QA managers
- Drive shift-left and shift-right testing practices
- Ensure end-to-end test coverage across complex integrations
- Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Make release readiness and go/no-go recommendations
- Drive test automation strategy and adoption
- Balance manual, automated, and exploratory testing
- Promote testability, observability, and reliability engineering
- Ensure automation is scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned
