Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social to own and execute GlossGenius's paid social channels, driving new customer acquisition and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience on Meta and TikTok
• Deep expertise in Ads Manager, Advantage+ campaigns, custom/lookalike audiences, CAPI, and bidding optimization
• Proven track record scaling performance campaigns in a B2B or B2SMB SaaS environment
