Job Description
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will act as the strategic architect for GlossGenius's next phase of top-of-funnel growth, defining, validating, and scaling new top-of-funnel media ecosystems, including but not limited to Podcasts and OOH, moving them from pilot tests to predictable revenue drivers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of integrated brand marketing experience at high-growth companies
- Deep expertise in at least 2-3 TOFU channels (e.g., podcast advertising, OOH, CTV, influencer partnerships, experiential)
- Experience building and implementing measurement frameworks for offline or broad-reach channels (e.g., incrementality testing, lift studies)
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level decision-making
