Senior Account Executive, Cause Communications

GMMB is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team, focusing on earned media and cause communications for clients in education, environment, and philanthropy. The role involves developing communications and advertising strategies, managing social media, and executing media relations efforts. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with strong writing and communication skills, and a passion for current events and public policy.

• 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, public policy, government, journalism or related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• A strong interest in current events and public policy that improves lives.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Excellent client service skills; flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• An interest in education, philanthropy, environment, social justice, and the ability to drive projects from start to finish.
• The ability to proactively problem solve, mind the details, and see the big picture.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other apps.
