The Creative Director is a charismatic visionary who works with internal agency teams and external client stakeholders to identify, formulate, and pursue paths toward business objectives, delivering seamless and superior creative work to GO Media’s clients.
Requirements
- Define GO Media’s creative approach, develop processes, systems, and methodologies to support client success.
- Lead the creative team, conducting discovery meetings and guiding creative workshops.
- Manage growth of creative team members through performance evaluations, coaching, teaching, and championing personal educational opportunities.
- Provide clear creative direction and helpful feedback to improve creative processes, work on budget, and on schedule.
- Deploy resources in the most efficient way possible and identify freelance and permanent recruitment needs.
