Nomad Van is a Quebec-based company that specializes in high-end, bespoke vehicle conversions. We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator & Client Services to join our team in Beloeil, QC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business on a daily basis, including welcoming clients, providing exceptional client service, and managing internal coordination.

Requirements

• DEC in administration, secretarial or a related field
• A minimum of 2-3 years in administration or reception (high-end sector, an asset)
• Office 365 and Asana skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Impeccable French and fluent/fuctional English
