Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including team management/supervision
- Advanced mastery of digital: advertising, analytics, SEM/SEO, journey optimization, testing, and dashboard
- Excellent command of French and strong knowledge of the Quebec political sphere
- Leadership, judgment, discretion, ethics, and ability to manage change under pressure
- Knowledge of political contribution rules and responsible electronic communication practices
