The mold setter is responsible for assembling and disassembling molds, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Assemble and disassemble molds according to established methods and procedures
- Perform mold and component preparation
- Maintain molds, components, and certain equipment
- Work in accordance with safety and health standards, internal procedures, and the company's mission
- Perform maintenance and repair of pneumatic injectors
- Perform diagnostics of faults (troubleshooting) related to molds and components
- Identify problems related to the malfunction of different presses and molds and inform their immediate superior of all anomalies
- Complete documentation (control list, maintenance, work order, etc.)
- Develop and maintain technical skills
- Communicate all relevant information for the smooth running of activities
