Job Description
Go RH is seeking independent contractors (self-employed workers or independent consultants) to provide HR strategy services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, developing solutions, and assisting with the implementation of HR practices. The position offers an opportunity to grow in a rapidly expanding company and collaborate with a passionate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- CRHA or CRIA title (advantage).
- Experience in in-house sales or multi-client services (must).
- Exceed in business development.
- Car and valid driving license.
- Availability to travel to client offices.
