Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant at AssetWorks, working with industries like Fleet, Infrastructure, or Inventory/Materials management, conducting business process analysis, training customers, and delivering high-quality presentations.

Requirements

• Experience working with Fleet, Infrastructure or Inventory/Materials management
• Conduct detailed business process analysis consulting
• Consult with customers related to system design and configuration
• Translate customer requirements into functional/technical specifications
• Manage testing cycle process
• Deliver high quality, focused training classes
• Support live operations transition
• Deliver engaging presentations
• Create, update and provide insight on internal and external training and implementation materials
• Create and deliver ad hoc and routine industry needed reports
• Build and support custom reports in Business Objects Enterprise
• Possesses general understanding in application programming, IIS, database and system design
• Understand basics of Internet, Intranet, Extranet, SaaS and client/server architectures
• Familiarity with GIS and spatial asset-based systems like Esri
• Facilitate project team and customer meetings
• Communicate relevant project information to assigned project manager, direct manager and other departments
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Interface professionally with other internal departments
• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Set and manage customer expectations on projects
• Manage day-to-day customer interaction on assigned projects
• Develop long-term, positive relationships with customer personnel
• Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen as pertains to corporate metrics and goals
