Junior Authentication Training Specialist - Content

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Authentication Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will build expertise in authenticating footwear, apparel and collectibles and help create high-quality training resources for our global team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product authentication
• High level of knowledge and genuine interest in footwear, apparel, and collectibles
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to continuously learn and upskill
• On-site role in Los Angeles with up to 50% travel required
• Honest and authentic approach to work
• Data literacy
• Experience creating training materials is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive) is preferred
• Knowledge of the current authentication and operations landscape is preferred
