Job Description
As the Operations Supervisor at GOAT, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of GOAT’s local facility, promoting a strong safety culture and healthy work environment, and ensuring best implementation in operations of inbound, inventory, verification, outbound, return, fulfillment and logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration/ Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics
- 5 years of cumulative experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehousing and logistics / e-commerce / retail or other similar sector
- Basic understanding on import and export processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of associates
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Succinct communications skills
