Product Analyst

GoCardless is a global bank payment company that processes US$130bn+ of payments annually, across 30+ countries. We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and help drive business performance through data insight. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights to influence decisions at every level of the organisation. You will act as the bridge between the data, technical and business stakeholders informing strategic plans and will own and evolve a suite of reports designed to give a wide range of stakeholders access insights.

Requirements

• Working in a fast-paced product-driven team
• Communicating insights to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
• Using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of a product
• Data visualisation
• Advanced SQL skills and intermediate Python skills
• Leveraging AI capabilities to enhance data analysis, automate tasks, and improve decision-making processes
