Manager - Commerce Sales

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience at a SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services organization
• Demonstrated success leading inbound or outbound sales teams with measurable outcomes in acquisition and customer growth
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales metrics, forecasting, and using CRM data to guide execution
• Clear and effective communication and coaching skills, with a focus on people development and team performance
