Job Description
The Fleet Coordinator ensures that the organization's vehicles are safe, clean, well-maintained, and operated in accordance with compliance rules and guidelines. The Fleet Coordinator requires experience in vehicle management, fleet safety, fleet maintenance costs, and documentation management.
Requirements
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the agency’s auto insurance guidelines (including at least 1 year as a licensed driver and no suspensions within the last 3 years)
- Experience working as a fleet coordinator, logistics coordinator or in a similar job role
- Knowledge of fleet servicing, fleet scheduling, fleet analysis, and operations
- Ability to assist with minor repairs
- Computer Skills (experience with Microsoft Office)
