Job Description
The Front Desk Worker is responsible for providing great customer service to residents, guests, employees, and vendors, as well as attending to call-for-aid alerts, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting residents with various tasks.
Requirements
- Provide great customer service to all residents, guests, employees, and vendors
- Answer telephones, check voicemails, take and receive messages for Employees
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and sign out
- Maintain cleanliness of the vestibule area
- Assist residents with completing work order requests
- Sort and distribute packages
- Assist residents with lock outs
- Maintain a written logbook and document all incidents via use of incident report forms
- Monitor and respond to all fire and emergency systems
- Monitor and control building access according to procedures
