Job Description
Goddard Riverside’s Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center (LSNC) is seeking a Group Leader for their Youth Programs. The Group Leader will be responsible for working with a group of children, aged 5-12, on various tasks including homework help, STEM, literacy, Art, and social-emotional competencies. The position requires previous experience working with school-aged children in urban schools and/or community-based settings.
Requirements
- Maintaining sound supervision and ensuring the safety of program participants
- Establishing and cultivating positive relationships with youth and their families
- Reporting, in writing and verbally, all illnesses/injuries and behavioral incidents of participants
