Job Description
The Group Leader - Summer Program is responsible for fostering a learning environment for youth, leading recreational and cultural programs, and ensuring participant safety. This role requires at least 3 years of experience working with children in groups and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- At least three (3) years of experience working with children in groups
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- High School Diploma/GED; college preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Sense of humor and passion for youth development
