The Housing Outreach Specialist works with the homeless population in Manhattan, using a harm reduction approach to engage individuals and help them find transitional and permanent housing. The position involves case management, outreach, and advocacy, with a focus on promoting retention and documenting outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience with homeless and/or mentally ill population
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility in work hours
